My Name

This bank has declined tremendously since I last visited. Three tellers and only one is able to assist with customers. The one available is unable to understand basic transactions. I’ve cashed several checks here that were cut by my supervisor for petty cash for our property. Today the teller could not understand that this was not my business but a check from the business I work for cut to me for funds for my property. They didn’t open on time so those of us sitting 30 minutes prior had to wait when those who just walked up were allowed in first.

The workers are rude and racist. Jacky Wu told me I was irritating him b/c I said he clearly helped 2 Asians and never once asked me if I needed help. The manager Daisy Hernandez made excuses as to why no one helped. Daisy claimed that the bank is by appointment only when clearly that's a lie. Told me she didn't know the number to corporate when I asked for the number.
