On the door it said 1pm on the paper said 12 okey they need to be on the same page besides they don’t have no one to help you with getting new card only two cashiers sometimes they even ignore you, so I am standing look at them and they are busy on the “computer” supposedly come I am starting not to like this bank anymore

I am very sorry to have to put a single star but I use this branch because it is the only option I have for what I need but I have had very negative experiences in terms of service and I find it terrible how their employees are not really familiar with it operation of the company in which they work most of them do not know how to process the transactions What the bank offers they work for an entity that does not prepare them or does not teach them to develop all the services they offer and the losers are the users we not only lose money but time there is no one to help there is no one to give a solution There is no one to complain to is incredible I feel frustrated ........
