Free COVID Testing Midway

SIGN SAYS FREE PCR AND RAPIDS TESTING. I entered and they confirmed its free 100%. I asked why they asked for my insurance card but she didnt give me a straight answer, just that she has to ask for insurance. I just received a bill and apparently i owe them $242 ??? They claimed $300 for a PCR test and i need to pay $242, insurance will only cover $58 !?!?!? how is this FREE testing ?

Went there Wednesday in the morning only one there in. Was in & out got my results in less then 30 minutes.

APRIL 23, 2022 - I tried to look for testing and the sign said no insurance required, free COVID-19 testing so I walked in and talked to her. She either asked me for my insurance card (which I don't have at all) or to pay $75 flat fee (which I don't have either). I questioned her and asked if I could speak to the manager. After refusing to help, I took pictures of the sign and she threatened to contact law enforcement, accusing me of "harassing" her. If you want to get tested, I would recommend going to the location on 5780 South Archer Avenue, located on Archer and Long just to save you time and stress. Bring your insurance card as always since I heard solicitation of such is federally mandated.

The place was very clean for the person who attended you was a woman who was very kind and respectful and in any question that I needed help she helped me very kind and smiling
