Branch #149 is my favorite location. The counter people are always helpful. I've been using Grainger for 20 years.

No I don't think so.

I am looking for a SPECIFIC BRAND of toilet bowl cleaner: BowlSparkle I am not interested in any other toilet bowl cleaner. Do you carry this brand?

The best thing is to call them at 1800 grainger!

Can you order replacement parts from Southwire? They said I need to find a local distributor. Looking for a new cutting blade for a PDTP (Punch down tool) and the remote part of the tester for Model M400TP (CAT5e/6 tester). Thanks

I don't remember the phone number, but everyone I've ever dealt with in person or on the phone have been beyond helpful and more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. And there's no requirement to have an account, the only difference is a few pennies in price, unless you're purchasing a motor, then you do get a better warranty by being an account holder. For a "special order" (something not stocked by another local store) at worst, maybe you'd have to pre-pay, but they've had no qualms about having items transferred to my local branch, even not having any account myself. I just can't answer if they are a rep for that brand? I know they carry a great deal of Fluke, but can't say for sure about Southwire. I know Lowe's carry's them, and there is a store down the road if Grainger doesn't. Best of luck, but I'd imagine that Grainger can help you "get it done"!
