One method is to write or contact the American Red Cross & they should be able to assist you, especially if it's an emergency. You MIGHT be able to get contact info from recruiting office. That's a BIG MAYBE. You will need to know which office the recruit utilized. Good luck I hope this response assisted you in your objective.
