If i can give negative stars i would this is by far thee worst disability company. That any job can go through my case worker Sandra Hernandez ext 2303606. Does absolutely nothing say she will call you back on a certain day and don’t and their website. Will show you all the forms incoming and outgoing and phone calls that was never placed. I’m glad i had to deal with them for payments for only a month. I don’t even understand how this company is even still in business. Well i do know they getting paid to do nothing and deny everyone of their payments. Im 7 mos pregnant had to show proof that i was which i did. I can see on the app they received what they needed from my doctor and i still got denied. I wasted my time filling out and faxing all these packets of paper over to them. But i will be letting my job Amazon know they need. To drop them as a long term disability insurance company for they employees. After seeing all these bad reviews on BBB they definitely need to be sued and held accountable.

0/5 Stars One of the worst insurance companies ever. They claim to care about your health and wellness. They don't. They could careless.... I have a neurological issue going on were I've had to get 2 MRIs and seeing my doctor quite a bit trying to figure it out. My doctor recommended I dont drive until they figure out what's causing these issues and we set up an appointment for neurology but it would be a few months. I had sent over all this information to the Hartford so I could get disability to help me pay off my almost 10k in medical debt now and they denied it. Basically said they know more then doctors and im fine. Even told me I can drive to do work. Who are these people and how are they licensed to decide things like this? So now I have no income, can't walk around and function properly so I can't work, will soon run out of money to pay my bills. I wish the company I worked for had picked someone that actually cared and did research into what they can do to help me.

Terrible company. My employer seems to have outsourced dealing with medical leave to this company. Every step of the way it's now my problem. The Hartford keeps denying my paternity leave even though my boss says it say it's approved. Instead of them dealing with it I have to submit tickets and constantly call them. Absolutely terrible experience. I also find it funny every review here is negative but they have an above 3 star review.

Horrible company. They treat a long-term disability as a short-term disability. They don’t care 🤷🏽‍♀️ if you are unable to work they would try and make you so you can damage your body even more. Insurance companies are full of “greed” they don’t even deserve 1 star ⭐️ 🤷🏽‍♀️
