David was awesome as he was understanding and helped me make the return a smooth process. The $50 rate guarantee only applies to vehicles; found that out as the didn’t have the four wheeler I reserved but we got by. So rental equipment seems minimal but the van and customer service was great!

The service in the store is great, I offer a list of services. That i was completely unaware about but might use in the near future. I think its great im giving them 5 stars because I've used the service a few times. The only thing I want to mention and hope they really work on is the phone system. They really need someone to answer the phone.. I called several times and no answer.. but when we got the location person working there is really nice and helpful. I like that I felt safe in this location and all of our questions were answered.
