I am very disappointed in the poor service I received in getting my disabled husband’s lift chair fixed. I had to deal with the manufacturer myself. I was told it was a problem for the techs to fix the chair because they were not employees of Relax the Back. However the techs were employees of Relax the Back.After I received the parts, I called the store at 2pm for the techs to come out. I was told they had gone home when they were still there. The techs fixed the chair today in 15 min. This is no way to treat a faithfull customer who has spent almost $15,000 at Relax the Back over the last 10 years.

Be aware of their 30-day return policy. I just spent $800 on a chair that felt fine on my back for a month or so, after which it started hurting my body because it didn't fit me correctly. No one helped check to see if this chair fit my body at the time of purchase. Nor did it come with the box or any instructions on proper use. I brought it back in to see if there was anything they could do. The employee said he'd speak with the owner and see if the return was possible, at which point I left the chair to finish running some errands. I received a message from the owner stating that he didn't understand what was going on and asked if I wanted him to throw away the $800 chair I left at his store. I called him back to explain what was going on, and he still insisted he didn't understand the issue. He said there was nothing he could do for me. For such a high end store, I would expect better service at the time of purchase to ensure the item is the best fit for the customer. I'd also expect much more professionalism from the owner of such an establishment. I still can't believe the guy had the audacity to ask if I wanted him to throw away the chair. If you're in the market for a high end office chair, do your research and find a better place.

We stopped in the store Tuesday night 15mns before they were closing and walked out 60mns later with a great office chair. Danny and Andy explained all the options in detail and fitted the chair to my large body!!! We even got massages as they assembled my chair. Great people and product!

You can finance any product in our stores. Financing starts at 6 months for smaller products. Larger products can be financed at anywhere from 24 - 60 months depending on the product and time of year.
