I'd avoid this place!!! I brought in my 2 Toyota's in for an oil change. Three months later, I went to another Iffy Lube for the same service. The other location refused to work on our vehicle because the oil filter caps were over tightened and they were afraid of damaging the housing. I can almost understand having 1 oil filter cap over tightened on 1 vehicle, but 2 that were serviced on the same day? That tells me that there is a serious deficiency in training and or it was done with malicious intent. I had to take my car to the dealer and I got stuck paying the bill for their incompetence.

NO! An appointment is never needed for any service at any Jiffy Lube® service center locations. Whether you need an oil change or battery replacement the highly trained technicians at your neighborhood Jiffy Lube® will be able to get you in anytime, without an appointment. Need a tune-up, brake repair or alignment? Those services are offered at select locations and an appointment is not needed.
