Do you have wifi and outlets for visitors to use for laptops?

Jermaine Poon | Nov 4, 2019
Winnetka Public Library | Nov 4, 2019

You do not need to be a resident in the library district or have a library card to use the public wifi or electrical outlets at either the Winnetka Library or Northfield branch.

How do I access my E-book account

Roseanne Madden | Nov 4, 2019
Winnetka Public Library | Nov 4, 2019

The answer to that will depend on which of the e-book sources you wish to use. As of the moment of this reply we have Overdrive through the MyMediaMall consortium, CloudLibrary, and Hoopla all providing e-books of one kind or another. Ultimately they all require use of your library card but they all work in slightly different ways. To best answer your question, please either call or visit the Winnetka or Northfield locations and a librarian will be happy to assist you.

When are you going to be open?

Winnetka Public Library | Nov 4, 2018

The Main Library in Winnetka is closed from January 29 until March 5 for remodeling. The branch in Northfield will maintain it's normal hours during this time.
