Both the lady at the gaurd shack and inside the office was super friendly the lady in the office thanked me for showing up early. I did have to disconnect from the trailer which was no big deal and was out of there in 35 minutes.

They work by appointment,no overnight parking,portable restroom available,only guards can put your seal on,you can stay in your truck or inside warehouse to count pieces while loading,it takes 1 hour
