The help with the delivery drivers at this facility. Every time they deliver a package to my house, they place it on the sign that says “please place package inside porch”. We have a porch pirate problem in my neighborhood, and fedex is the only delivery service that refuses to place it inside the porch. Usps, ups, Amazon, DHL, and even courier services put stuff inside the porch. Nope, not fedex. They all must be either illiterate, or just plain ignorant. I hope they all burn in hell.

This location is beyond useless. I ordered a chess set on August 16th and selected two-business-day shipping. My package didn't even make it to this location until August 19th but FedEx still wasn't done with their buffoonery. My expected delivery date remained as "pending" (which it had been since the 19th) up through the 23rd when I decided to just drive out to the facility to pick it up instead of dealing with call support, since the FedEx website warned me that there may be a long wait time to speak with a representative. I went through the standard process of giving the tracking number to the guard and having them phone the employees, who only needed five minutes before replying back that my package had been loaded onto a Grainger truck and was lost. The quick response time may sound nice, but just like everything else FedEx has done so far here it only made me more upset. I understand that packages get lost sometimes, but WHY would they not update the package status if it was that easy to figure out what happened?? Why wait until I drove all the way out there just to give me THAT news??? This has been the most uniquely and absurdly awful customer service experience I have ever had. The only glimmer of positivity throughout this entire interaction is that the guards at this location were very nice.

I think there’s someone stealing packages from this facility in Romeoville, IL. FedEx should investigate.

Call the 1800gofedex # and complain. There's no reason for them to be acting unprofessional or lazy
Fedex does deliver on Monday if it doesn't need an adult signature you can print out a signature release authorization sign it and stick it to your door.
Can be a number of reasons. It may have been damaged. I know sometimes i see the same package throughout the week. None of the drivers claim to do that area. It's the ugly truth about FedEx. It may say it's a home delivery package but assigned to a ground driver. The ground driver doesn't have to take it out, and the home delivery driver can "claim" they don't do that area. Best bet is to call the facility or just go pick it up. What city is the package being delivered to?
