It was a pleasure working with Corey initially. However, when replacing the roof shingles they removed my attic fan and all my vents (11 vents) and did not replace the plywood and properly close these areas. We called Corey and sent text messages several times requesting that the attic fan be replaced. Corey ignored the requests and never bothered to have this completed after he stated he would when it was first requested. This was removed without our knowledge or consent. We decided to replace the attic fan ourselves as Corey was very clipped in his text response back to us. When they went up to the attic we discovered that mold covered the entire north side of the attic from having the fan and all the vents removed and closed. We then had the cost of the mold remediation and also the cost of installing all new vents at $75.00 a piece. The mold in the attic caused health issues for our family members as once the mold was removed the coughing and sinuses issues subsided. I am also having issues with ice damming and it leaking into the home and doing damage to the drywall which I will need to repair.

I want to share my experience with Industry Elite. I was first approached by Mr. Reuben Barron about my roof and the need for it to be replaced, the first thing I noticed was his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. In the past I never received this much detail from any other roofing companies. I decided to go ahead and proceed with industry elite to replace my roof that had hail damage, I put in the claim with my insurance company and to my surprise they denied the claim not once but twice. Reuben told me that he would negotiate and fight with the insurance company if needed. Deep inside I didn't think he could pull it off. (Kind of David and Goliath situation). To my surprise Reuben actually got me the approval and I have a new roof, this man is an asset to this company and he is not only professional, patient, and very knowledgeable his customer service is excellent.
