Just awful. The people who run this place are incompetent. Because of this, the staff AND the customers suffer. Every postmaster is worse than the last. They can’t get their act together after a decade. No mail, missing mail, late mail. This is because they’re understaffed. They hire people who don’t care about anything. They have very low standards when it comes to hiring and simply need to fill quotas. Because employees aren’t paid based on performance, they don’t care to perform better than than the next person. It is not a meritocracy there. They should take notes from UPS on how to run a business.

Very unprofessional and rude staff that doesn’t even follow their own memos and policies on conduct. Avoid this post office like the plague.

The staff here is rude and condescending to the public. Avoid it at all cost

Constantly delivering packages to wrong addresses. We depend on neighbors to deliver correctly. This is either negligence or stupidity - it's often delivered to the wrong street - makes little sense.

You have a package awaiting pickup? Is there a tracking number you can use to verify? Generally, upon getting a package, the USPS will put a slip in your box stating you have to pick up your package during normal business hours.
A driver's license won't suffice I'm afraid. Here are the main primary accepted proof citizenship. Along with a link in case it may help know what you should bring/have/get done prior. Certified Birth Certificate Consular Record of Birth Abroad Previous US Passport - Both valid and expired passports may be used US Naturalization Certificate – Original or certified copy 2 Passport Photos https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/requirements/citizenship-evidence.html
There is one on Addison rd on the side of the building
You can Google search it. Looks like it's Juanita Flowers.
Yes double check at the post office. I've had missing bills before and the post office had them along with other cards.
Yes
I don't work for the Post Office I only went there to mail a package. You'd have to ask them
Depends on how much it weighs and the price of packaging
Monday was Martin Luther King holiday
That a good question, you should call the PO and talk to the postmaster.
I was just curious if you have received your mail yet? Very curious...
