DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENTS. Besides the FACT that they are expensive, cars get stolen here all the time!! Was visiting a family member. It wasn't even 2 hours that I was there and my car got stolen. No way of knowing who or what since there are no cameras around. And other renters have had the same issue.

At this point all I can say is I hope you have patience are not ready to set any expectations about where you live. At the price point ig it’s a decent unit, however you have to put up with the constant of the unknown. Might get stuck in the elevator, might have you ceiling leaking for weeks, may or may not have a 13yr old washer dryer. Might be able to use your spot in the garage that is wet and mildewed out and you might have tires on your car when you wake up the next morning but if you don’t like that you can park in the bartells or Safeway lot. God forbid you come home and have park in a blocked out spot because of cars that you’ve never seen or people that don’t want to park in the garage. Cause they’ll leave you with a $500 tow bill and say it depends on who’s working when someone who does the same thing doesn’t... And If your lucky you can get your mail before 6 unless the mail bandits run up in your mail box. But don’t fret they’ll catch that dastardly heathen because there security cameras don’t have spray paint on them.

I just moved in January 7th on that same day my car got broken into while i was taking my things upstairs, I witnessed everything from my balcony, i tried to get a hold of management but still no reply!! I will NOT be staying here for my 1 year lease.. this is ridiculous!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been here for a little over a year. The square footage is solid for the price (2-bed apartment). The place isn't perfect but the maintenance guy (Brett) is by far the best part about this place - friendly, helpful and provides great timely service - he had plumbers out to our apartment within 2 hours of reporting a leak and had it fixed a few hours later.

The only thing I want to know is why the manager, instead of really worrying more about the safety of the place because of many things that happen there, really cares about putting the sticker on cars that says that the tow truck is going to take it,

The only thing that they care about is collecting the rent. The major things that needs to be addressed they don't consider like the children that lives there no longer have a place to play. That area they have built an office space there, so what there are exercise equipment in there, the time to use it is very limited and the children have nothing. The old office has been rented to generate funds but again what about the children.

When is this place open for business? I have called a couple times this Monday morning and it says it's closed. Same at Viewpoint Apts which has the same management company. Online says, open. Confusing.

Majestic Bay is open Tuesday through Saturday - don't know about the other. They also sometimes have meetings other days. Used to live there - not part of the management team 😀

Call, fill out the application online or go to the leasing office Tuesday to Saturday, if you go to the building/office use intercom to call office.
