I have showed up to this Starcucks many times and it has been going down hill. I have tried to go in the store multiple times and it's been closed but at least with a note saying temporarily closed. Normally the drive through lane is wrapped around the building so if you wanted to stop, it's not going to be fast. This morning I showed up to one car in the drive through and no notes on the door with an employee at the counter. The store hour sign says open at 5am and it's now 530am but the door is locked. I knocked on the door and the employee would look up and then back down not saying closed, open, drive though only, nothing. Just ignored me.! I am very frustrated with this store, the employee and past experiences leading up to this point.

I've gone to super popular Starbucks & my items are completed in 5 minutes latest 10min. This Norwood Starbucks is extremely slowwwwwww. What are they doing ? The coffee isn't different so why am I in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. And to top it off thier parking lot can't hold up this super long line that Starbucks create. The cars waiting are blocking other companies clients. This is ridiculous!

Sad. Homeless living in parking lot, lobby locked. Claim is that they're too short staffed to open the lobby, but it looks like they're afraid to open it. Staff were friendly - they unlocked the door to give me my mobile order - but I would warn folks not to order ahead here, but rather drive by to see if entering or using the drive thru is safe.
