Room was fine. Employees were nice. Loud neighbors blasting music at night. And people were loud in the parking lot drinking outside our room. We got a suite. We were hoping there'd be a separate room for the kitchen/seating area than the bedroom but it's all one large room. More pictures online would have been helpful to see that before booking.

I hate that I even have to tap the 1 star! This should be a negative star! Staff was rude and disrespectful ! There is a drunk guest that lives always in the lobby! Clean room??? No effing way. And when I complained the little blonde housekeeper refused to re-clean it stating my room was clean. Guess that’s what you get away with when you are banging the new GM whose car is up for repo, smokes pot with the staff and when he has the police called on a guests runs because he has warrants. Night shift guy always asleep or eating and really doesn’t know how to talk to people or bathe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. I mean unless you like traps.

Visited my bestie and his/our (daughter) pup Mrs J*A*G ♡ Staff was super friendly and all smiles, even when busy busy busy! Very accommodating and establishment was squeaky clean ♡♡ would definitely recommend if you're looking for a room!

We are in the process of moving to the Topeka area and needed an extended stay spot to stay while waiting for our house. The hotel was incredibly dirty. The bathroom was dirty and we had to wipe down before using, the floors turned your feet/socks black. When we asked to have the room cleaned nothing was done so once again we had to clean. We also ran into issues with the tv remote. When we asked for help to fix the issue there was none. Eventually 2 weeks later we got it fixed. The front desk staff was almost never at the desk but there was always a piece of paper with a phone number to call on it instead. The only thing that raised parts of our score was the night auditor. He was easily the best employee we met at this hotel. In the end we were not expecting a five star stay for a cheap price but we do expect things to be clean at the very least. We ended up not continuing our reservation and went to another brand.
