My car has been in the hands of your technicians with repairing my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. There has been no communication from anyone there unless I call. I have been given the worst customer service and nothing from what I've been told makes any sense. This has been and still is the worst experience I have ever been through because they are still trying to fix my vehicle and have turned an 8hr quoted repair into 3 WEEKS.... it should not have taken this long to put in a new turbo..... Something must be done. This is horribly unacceptable.

Professional and accommodating since I had to reschedule and forgot my appt time….They explained what they will do and why they couldn’t do the job because too risky. They were honest - which goes a long way in my book. I took car to Jiffy Lube and they did Drain & Fill successfully.
