When I first received the storage unit Susan was kind. I had no issue with payment except for one month, I believe their system was experiencing issues. Now here why I gave them a one star. Susan called me with an attitude and said the carts are for everyone and can’t be in the storage unit. She said she rolled the tapes. Rolled the tapes? I wasn’t present at the storage unit but had movers taking items out of the unit. They were coming right back. But I feel like she saw 2 black men and had a bias opinion. When she said “rolled the tapes”, I felt like a criminal. And without confirming with me, i received an email saying my storage unit was closed. How did she know I was done using my unit. She closed it without my consent. I guess that cart which was still on property ground was coming out of her pack check or something. Review update: Glad the manager at Cube smart took time to speak with me about my situation. Will update score for that.
