I never like to give a company a low rating; however, our delivery was simply an awful experience. The workers knew what they were doing, carried our washer and dryer with care, but when it came to install the washer - the cap was being removed by my husband and the workers left without saying anything to us. We understand that their are policies about everything being ready for installation and that was on us, BUT we asked them to wait the 2 minutes it took to remove the cap. They nodded and then left without one word to us. I get it. If you can’t wait and have to leave, at least tell us. To turn around and see that you left within those minutes was very rude. They also got caulk on our floors and did a messy hook up for the dryer. In customer service, sometimes you have to do a little more than just instal appliances. You have to have decent communication. Now we have to wait five days to have a washer. I attempted to contact customer service to discuss this; however, the person on the phone forwarded me to Home Depot, whom we already spoke with and they knew that. VERY ANNOYED with this situation, but I guess it is what it is.

I would contact the Human Resource department (HR) at the location that you applied at and let HR know if they can review your application and you're still interested in the job
You'll need to get your actual class a CDL but call them as they have class b straight trucks as well good way to get your foot in the door
HR would be first then you can try and find a lawyer who first discrimination claims
