Nice people working for a corporation that cares only about the bottom line. The world of camping itself is friendly with total strangers willing to help any way they can. There are people getting involved in the RV industry that care about delivering a quality experience at all levels. When word gets around that there are better choices to purchase and service your rig, this corporate behemoth will have to comply or cease to exist. There are better choices out there...do your homework.
