I have been going here since before Mike and Shari bought the practice. I have always enjoyed my visits with the exception of the office staff. I was so angry that I went somewhere else a few years ago. Someone that worked there convinced me to come back as the staff had changed and things were much better. He is no longer there, but I was still going there. I just recently went on their website and saw I could schedule there. I followed the link that took me to a form....not a calendar to book. So I filled out the form with explicate details of when I was available over a 2 month time frame. Verified my insurance and said to schedule me and let me know the appointment information. I had actually done the same thing with my primary Dr. Office and a kichen remodeling store. I received an email from the Dr. office and the kitchen joint with my appointment information. THANK YOU. Webster Eye Care on the other hand called me. Not to give me my appointment time or to ask any questions. They literally said "We received your request for an appointment. Call our office so we can schedule you." WHAT?? If I wanted to call I would have. Why have that option on your website if it means nothing?? I was so steaming mad when I listened to the message after getting out of a meeting. Everyone around me got to hear about this Ludi grist encounter. They too wondered why there was something on the website to schedule appointments if it didn't schedule an appointment... What a wait of my time. I will be going back to the place I went to when I left due to stupid staff last time. It's really too bad. The owners are great, but when you have to deal with this to get to them...it's not worth it. My husband has not returned after the office staff messed up his appointment date and was hassling us about him not showing up.....while we were on vacation!
