Why is it when your trying to return something the employee starts to return stuff at the same time and stops us from cashing out before he gets the money back first in his transaction. Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back to them

Came here to get head light bulb and didn’t won’t pay shop to put it on so I was going out it in my self after watching a YouTube video on how to do it but when I purchase the light bulb mansger on duty help me find it and also asked did I need help putting it in and he did . Amazing customer service And great attitude and clean appearance thank you for making my day sir . This type services makes me come back here for all my needs for my car just because the employee went in my eyes way above and beyond for a customer . If more business has employees that was more knowledgeable and great attitude sales will continue to grow when providing great and knowledge services so I say thank you sir keep up the great work and leader for your team
