Office manager pressures you to come sign a lease two days before the move-in day and then tells you the next day you can't move in. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent property maintenance and mgt/tenant relations. Tenants can enjoy picnic tables generously placed throughout the complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

I was nervous based on other reviews. But my experience has been amazing. I have never met a better manager than Kathy, super helpful and fun to chat with. Mike is quick with repairs and equally kind. The layout of only four people per building has made for the quietest apartment experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend renting here. If you are upstairs tho I’d invest in a window ac unit bc that is the only downfall.
