I've been wanting to get my septum pierced for a while and was having a very difficult time finding someone in my area to do it. There's a ton of other great reviews, so I was feeling pretty hopeful. I hoping to also get a feel for the place and possibly talk to someone about getting a tattoo done. When I called, I was told the piercer wasn't in and my best bet was to call him directly to schedule something. I called and we set something up for last weekend. When I showed up to my appointment I was told the piercer had called out sick and wasn't in, and there was no one else there who could do it for me. I was very disappointed, as I had already taken the time out of my day to drive all the way there, just to be told I had to turn around and go home. The shop seemed to have no idea I had an appointment at all, or I'm sure they would have called me. They also asked if I had done a deposit via Venmo, which I had not. I've put down deposits for tattoos in the past, but I've never heard of putting down a deposit on a piercing. The piercer had not mentioned anything at all to me about putting down a deposit or anything to hold my appointment, which I told them. I get it, people get sick, things happen. I'll give the piercer the benefit of the doubt and assume he just forgot to tell the shop about the appointment and forgot to let me know when he got sick. The staff seemed friendly enough and wanted to make things right, but it was mostly out of their hands. They asked if I wanted to leave my name and number with them, but it's been a week and no one has reached out to me at all. I'm not usually in the habit of leaving bad reviews, because what's done is done, and leaving a bad review isn't going to change anything. Maybe it was just an off day or bad luck. However, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I feel the whole thing was very unprofessional.

This place is the best tattoo studio if I could give it 50 stars I would! Cody took the time to listen to my idea of what I had pictured in my mind and it was like he reached in and pulled the image right out of my head. underground tattoo.. tell your friends these guys rock!
