When ever I feel like eating fried chicken this is the place as I’ve been coming here for years. Mrs. Knott’s restaurant is located next to Knott’s Berry Farm. Overall best tasting chicken with huge portions. One fried chicken plate is more than enough to feed two people. Your meal comes with a salad with your choice of dressing a “small” bowl of chicken noodle soup and a bowl of corn. The meal course has three huge pieces of chicken. Which includes a breast, thigh and wing or drum stick. After all that they offer you a slice of pie. Your choice of boysenberry or apple. The service is always friendly and helpful. On that day or server Samantha was great! There is always a long wait but it’s worth it. We waited about an hour and they text you when your table is ready. I highly recommend you give them a try when you’re in the neighborhood. Also they validate parking.

Scenery inside the restaurant is nice. The service was extremely friendly. As for the food we got the famous fried chicken which comes with sides including salad, chicken or rhubarb soup, and the main entree of fried chicken with corn amd mash potato. Honestly, the chicken wasn't anything extraordinary. I actually enjoyed the chicken soup and the boysenberry pie more. However, I will say the portion is massive and generous.

It was a wonderful walk down memory lane, I had eaten here many times with my parents, Uncle and Aunt when I was young do it's very sentimental to me. Great Chicken, great food overall, The Chicken Dinner is a great price for so much food! Shout out to our waiter Mike for the best customer service ever and helping to make my walk down memory lane in general. The food quality was seriously bad here when Cedar Fair bought it from the Knott Family, but it's back to the delicious quality it once was. Mrs. Knott would be happy!

I have been interested in trying this place for years and I finally got my chance. It was even better than I imagined! Quite a variety of chicken recipes on the menu. I went for the traditional fried chicken dinner. With it you get a cup of delicious chicken noodle soup AND a house salad with iceberg, mixed greens, red cabbage, grape tomatoes, a couple of slices of cucumber, croutons, and the dressing of your choice. You also get fresh baked buttermilk biscuits with butter. A nice beginning. The main course comes with a half a chicken that was probably the best chicken I have ever had. So tender, juicy, and flavorful that even though the menu says fried, I am thinking it was broasted. It is served with fresh mashed potatoes and your choice of another vegetable. I choose the cabbage seasoned with ham and it was stellar. A 10 out of 10 meal before I even made it to the included piece of pie.

No. Mrs Knotts Chicken is outside of the park. You can choose to eat in the restaurant or there is a Chicken to go section if you just wanted to pick up a meal
Mrs. Knott's full dinner is $21 + tax. But that includes EVERYTHING! Soup, salad, side, fresh baked bread, AND dessert! There's a LOT of food for the money! And if you have an annual pass, you get 10% off. It's seriously a great deal!

We were just there today and we dined in they said we couldn't do the family chicken dinners that we had to order our own plates and there was 6 of us. There is a side next to them where you can order to go and they told us it's like ordering at KFC so you can probably get a bucket of chicken there.

We went there over the week end with the same kind of chicken older darker color. It as crispy we did eat at the chicken house. Out side. Not sure what's going on. We have never had that problem before.

Vanessa, that is terrible, you can submit a honest review to goggle maps. You will be listing you complaint on- line. I reviewed Chilis poor service on line, when i recieved an apology and $10 gift card in the mail, After they made this effort i updated my review alerting others of resolution of the problem and encouraged them to check recent reviews to fairly report if they improve service. Also, you can call the county health department and report that you recieved spoiled chicken. The restaurant inspectors note your report for the next inspection. I will say a prayer for you and hopefully you wont get ill from bad food.
Staff kinda suck from my experience... Food is okay but for someone who's spent a lot of time in the south ive definitely had better fried chicken. I love the fruity stuff they have though

Well, for me the prices were okay. My husband and I got the lunch chicken stripes with fries, it came with a salad of your choice. My children ordered the kids chicken meal and they got free jelly and icecream. Everything was delicious but we thought it was too much food. In my opinion we made a good desicion because we don't eat a lot and the dinner comes with more food plus a pie. We spent about 30 dollars less than other places.

There are several meals. All very filling ranging from chicken pot pies to their famous chicken dinner that includes rubarb, corn, pickles, soup, rolls with Knott's jams, mashed potatoes, gravy and pie. For slightly more you can get all white chicken. Price was around $23 i believe. Slighly more for all white. You can also get just chicken and fixings at the to go counter. Its worth
The food is horrible now since they remodeled the restaurant. The chicken is greasy and has no taste. The quality and quantity do not compare to the price they charge now.
