Be prepared to fully maintain your loved ones resting place. The maintenance is way below standards and complaints are given lip service. Choose a drawer if burying anyone there

Due to the fact that the manager there runs 2 other cemeteries in the area, he is usually busy. It's best to call him and schedule an appointment. His office number is 717-545-4205

According to the official Rules and Regulations of the Diocesan Catholic Cemeteries section 9 page 16, no new plantings of any kind, including flowers, flower beds, trees, and shrubs, shall be allowed. Although it is mostly up to the manager how strict they'll be when enforcing the rules. Ask the manager what his preference is. TL;DR It is not allowed according to the rules
