Lake view cemetery houses the final remains of Lucille Ball. Following her death Lucy was cremated and her ashes are buried in a family plot. A heart pathway takes you to an I love Lucy trash can so you know where to find the tombstone. A short walk takes you to the heart engraved headstone. Lucille Ball is buried here with her parents and brother Fred. Next to the stone are headstones of the Hunt family which was part of her mother’s lineage. Cemetery is well kept and easy to walk in. A fitting tribute for a comedy legend who was born and raised in this town.

You can contact the cemetery, and they can help you locate the graves.
There are 1300 vets buried among the three areas specifically designated for soldiers. Soldiers Circle itself holds 1163 of the 1300. The total number of vets buried in the entire cemetery is 3800. I hope this helps. :)
The best place to park would be along Lakeview Avenue. This would assure that the horse drawn carriages will have no trouble passing along their routes inside the cemetery gates. Thank you.
