Mary is very sweet and comforting and made this as easy as something like this could be. Direction and guidance was helpful and pricing was fair. I did have some issues with other things. When I submitted our pictures for my mothers DVD multiple pictures were left out, even though we did not reach the max amount. When I called to address this he acted like it would be a very big inconvenience to correct so the disc was left without remaining pictures. The other issue was that my mom was never added to the Lombardos website for people to share condolences and/or send flowers. She passed away on 2/23/22 and I had to call to address this. She was added to the site today, 3 weeks after her death. Small things that sometimes mean more during hard times. I would recommend to others but maybe just small things could be addressed internally. My final and most important issue was that no one called me to pick up my moms ashes, I had to stop by and pay the remainder of my bill and asked if she was there yet, and she was. I understand they are probably very busy but that was a little upsetting.

I can't say enough good about Lombardo Funeral Home. We were given all the time we needed to make my husband's arrangements. Gordon and Lauren were wonderful.
