The room was great, the shower was FABULOUS! Friggen heaven. I have disabilities and powerful hot showers are my everything. Room had a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Safe in closet. Showers have the curved rod. Comfy bed. All white linens. Gym down the hall. Free breakfast. Community walk path along the water with great NYC views. Shopping plaza a football length away which has Trader Joes, et al. Wholefoods a block away. Palisades Park Drive up the street which is a GORGEOUS ride with great photo ops, including under the GWbridge. Other parks all around near by. ................................... Complaints: Needs to be more ADA friendly. I wanted a shower stool to help while I showered. Told they didnt have any. They have 2 handicap spots. The graveyard shift desk staff parked in them! (No tags, discovered they indeed were not disabled once I confront them with the issue. One I saw leave their car, at first thought guest until I went inside and shocked to see staff member! The other owned up to his disgrace, apologized and went to move it.). This is illegal, disrespectful and ableist. I needed a spot that night, thankfully one last regular spot opened up near the door; however, discovered my car had a gouge scratch in our door the next morning, presumably by the car next to us. Wouldnt have happened had we been able to park in the handicap spot (which had the spacer between the two). .............................. Note: wheelchair access not an issue but the parking lot can be a bit rough to maneuver. Cane users... walk with great care on the lot. Lots of crumbling pavement. The lot beyond their border is even more hazardous. It appears many park there to look at the city while drinking. LOTS of broken glass from bottles being tossed. The only annoying issue was some dude (guest) had a truck with an enhanced muffler system that was very loud.

I had a great time. I love the location right outside the city. It was quiet and peaceful, near the Hudson with a walking trail, shops, and eateries. Clean with helpful friendly staff.

We had a king room overlooking the water. The room was very clean, the hotel was conveniently located near Mitsuwa Market and Target was also just a short drive. The best part of the hotel was the very kind and helpful staff who helped us change our room when we realized we needed a little more space for my toddler. We drive through the area on our annual trip to visit my parents and will 100% stay here again.

Location is good and staff are great!! Depending on your room, city view is beautiful. However, the constant noise from different rooms due to multiple parties going on kept us up. Parking lot had throw up near my car. Hotel needs a good upgrade.
