I just felt compelled to write an HONEST review from an adult! I was shocked to read some of these 1,2 and 3 star reviews. I have owned a home since Oct 1999. I am one of the first 10 residents here and I would never even think of only …

Most of these reviews are from people who didn't live here. The 1 stars are all correct. Obsessive, unprofessional staff who will constantly harass tenets over minutia. And as was mentioned before, they'll tow your friends car just for …

Erine was extremely unprofessional. We arrived for a consultation after specific instructions on the phone to be shown modulad home models and information about the community. He proceeded to show us to a sitting area where there was no information available. No pamphlets or pictures to show. He simply sat us down and started asking about our job history. We explained that one of our tenants was sick for a period of time so he wasn't employed for 2 months. He laughed at us and berated us telling us that he didn't think that we were qualified. Yet he wasn't the finance person who was even qualified to tell us that. He also started making comments like "oh so you didn't like your job?" It's none if his business the reasons why we had to leave a job. Things happen. People get better opportunities or relocate. I could not believe how rude and unprofessional he was being towards us. We even tried to get him to show us a modular home to get a better idea and explained that 1200 square feet wasn't enough for us. How would he know what would be right for us? That's so ridiculous. Then we asked him if he simply didn't want to show us and he explained since it would be 6 months before we were "more serious" about purchase that it didn't make sense. The whole point we came to get information is because we were very serious and people look into purchasing homes long before 6 months before their leases are up. Ernie needs to be terminated from his position. I pray no one else has to go through the discrimination and unprofessional behavior that we had to endure from this man. I refuse to believe that he didn't discriminate against myself and my family. Our financial status may not be great but it is definitely not the worst. I'm just sick to my stomach over this whole ordeal. I don't understand how people can actually physically laugh at people and withhold information just because you feel like we aren't a good fit. It's not his job to decide that. It's the banks job to tell us weather or not we qualify to live in your community. I'm so sick to my stomach. Worst service I've ever experienced. Period.

Is the pool open or will it be able open

The pool will be undergoing its county health department inspection at 10am on Monday 6/8/2020. We are the first outdoor pool to be inspected by the county for the 2020 season. Once it is determined that we are in compliance with county, state and CDC guidelines, it will be opened hopefully that day. There will be new social distancing and use limitations placed on the pool. These rules are still being ironed out and will be established shortly. At this point it has been determined, that due to the limits on capacity and to limit the spread of illness, the pool use will be limited to residents only. Absoluteltly no guests will be permitted. This will be re-evaluated as guidelines are loosened. Additionally, there may be additional limitations on days of use such as even and odd days based upon lot number as well as limitations on the amount of time one may stay at the pool. The pool hours will also be shortened. A full set of new rules will be posted on the pool entrance.
