Manager was a jerk and had a bad attitude. Complained about a car pulling in behind me, saying to his co-worker that they can "effing" wait (even though there were 2 other bays available) and if they didn't like it they can leave. Automatically put in synthetic oil...for $45.00 more!!!...without asking me. Didn't change my air filter, even though they pulled it out and it was filthy AND said on my invoice that I ok'd it. No window cleaning. No door greasing. Will NEVER use this facility again...especially after paying almost $100!!

Horrible service from the tech to the cooperate office. Got my oil changed on 11-1-21. First they raised rates without telling you or posting any signs. Was supposed to be a full service oil change.
