After 30 plus years this company has gone down hill. The customer service a garbage. I scheduled a full boleage but yet after we are told to cancel the 2nd appt I felt I had to schedule because this isn’t the first time my wife has been canceled on while standing in the salon for her appt. They will be quick to charge 50% if you reschedule or cancel less than 12 hours and offer nothing while canceling on you at the time of appt. Oh but quick to say the horrible customer service when you call in is the problem. So what is it Gene Juarez your customer service doesn’t know what they are doing or you just have a horrible salon? So now our first trip since Covid and last family trip before our family fragments for life getting married and taking a out of state teaching job that our family pictures won’t now be done as expected because your company can’t perform a service??? You charge a lot almost $300 and you gladly would take my $150 if we canceled?? We are done. I’d rather support local than a salon that continuously can’t keep appts! Good riddance!!

Got my hair done a few months ago and even now it still looks amazing. I saw one of the newer colorist, Cami, and she explained the whole process so I understood. She gave helpful advice for at home care as I’m a college student on a budget. I only get home a few times a year so when I come back for the summer I’ll definitely see her again. She even gave a few suggestions for who to see for cuts.

Had a wonderful cut with Paige, she had many suggestions and took tome to listen to my concerns. Lost 1/3 of my hair post covid, and needed a more gentle touch. My highlight experience was quite the opposite. Saw the colorist Cami before my cut.. I explained the upsetting hair loss, showed a picture of my final look I needed for my daughters wedding. I had blonde areas that need some breakup in color and asked to have roots touched up around my face. Never got the touchup, and she highlighted my blonde lighter! My head looks mostly white now on top.. very upset. I also had to remind her to be gentle numerous times and when I asked for information about shampoo’s I have used, if they are suitable, her reply.. “don’t know, I don’t mess with those. Spent alot of money (saved up for this appointment), my hair is dried out and color is completely wrong…

I've gotten my hair cut here by January several times and today by Opal. I have extremely long (down to my waist), thick, and wavy hair. Every time I make an appointment they extend the appointment time to give ample room to wash, cut, and style all my hair. It's definitely several handfuls! Each time I am treated kindly and warmly. Really love the service and the price is reasonable for the amazing service!
