They were so helpful for me. I needed some curtains pressed, but they weren't sure if the wrinkles would come out. The man took one curtain & tried it right then, so they could give me an answer. It worked, so they said they would process my order that morning & I could come back & get them. I ran some errands & picked them up within the hour. That was a blessing because a snow storm was threatening later during the week. When I picked them up, the man didn't charge me as much as they had originally quoted me. Win-win!!
