Absolutely zero respect for their customers. Had a tech arrive unannounced two months ago. The said they had to update something on my solar system. Several hours later they said they could not do the update. I showed the tech my transformer box and explained that it needed to be relocated. He said he will put in a work order before he leaves (which he confirmed with me) A month goes by, nothing. I call support, put on hold an hr, got disconnected. I call support the following day, put on hold an hr, got told their robot sent me to the wrong department and that they can't do anything. Got a call back from the supervisor today saying my work order got put in yesterday not months ago.. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Why do you keep raising your prices?! I shouldn't be paying so much money when I hardly use electricity. I even unplug everything! 135 dollars for freaking what?! I'm terrified to use my AC. God only knows what that bill will be like once I finally do decide to use them. 🤬🤬🤬🤬 EDIT: I wasn't home for nearly a month of August and they are saying I owe them 120 dollars!! And apparently 6 days into September it's showing I already used nearly 600klw how?! You guys are scam artists who don't answer the phone EVER! Disgusting

You should be ashamed of how much you charge good, hardworking Pennsylvanians.

Call early in the morning.
Is the branch on the wire to the house or the main line running down the street. If it's the one to the house you will need to call a tree trimming crew
PPL isn't allowed to recommend a specific inspector. I would recommend doing a google search and giving a call. There are a bunch in the area I believe.

You can contact 1800 DIAL PPL or if you have a smartphone log onto your account and report it there. I am an employee there and there are a significant amount of outages. If you have family in the area with power I suggest heading there just in case. This is a pretty big storm.
