Went to upgrade my phone in person rather than online. Only one employee so he asked me to wait so I did which I can understand. However, after waiting 40 minutes he asked how he could help. I said I was looking to upgrade to the iPhone 14. And he stated they just took the last one. How do you only have one of a new selling phone in an entire store????? Definitely won’t waste my time going back to this store and wouldn’t recommend you either.

Can’t give 0 stars but would have. Just left there after spending 15 minutes waiting. Only one rep there on a Saturday morning and I had to approach him while he was dealing with another customer. He should have at least informed us that when we arrived but not a word. I was in sales I’ve 30 years and this is not even mediocre customer service. At another store now. 2 reps here. OMG Verizon any better????
