We had a great experience with renting small tents and cocktail tables from Ark rentals for our wedding. They communicated clearly with us, were responsive, showed up and picked up at the dedicated times. Prices are fair.

No communication whatsoever between employees and management. Was told different prices before and after the rental even after showing them the receipt before the agreement. They did not help me whatsoever. Never again.
