Purchased a brand new Paul Reed Smith DGT from the shop over the phone, 100s of miles away with 0 issues. Great pricing, great staff.

Great staff and the selection of great gear blew me away.

Would not recommend. Highly disappointed. Traded two amps for one. One was a $2,500 amp new the other a $600 amp new. Traded both in for on amp that is $1,300 new. Called to make sure the individual in charge of appraising gear was in. He asked when I would be there. I show up and they put another gentleman with me to assist. We agree to numbers, they then chastise the younger kid where we could hear, and come out with different numbers (lower) I was told and have been told they do 70% trade value of what they will sell the merch for. That’s a lie. Wasn’t even 65% which was another number they threw out. I choose the smaller companies vs GC sometimes so that I can support our family owned. However it seems integrity isn’t too important to these folks. I was also never explained why the numbers lowered. I just knew due to hearing the chastising of a kid THEY put to assist me knowing who I was and why I was there. Not the kids fault in any way shape or form. Don’t have him assist me if he can’t give me numbers. Not to mention I didn’t even get the switch that comes with the amp. Will never return, and I’d advise others to not either. Unless integrity and honesty isn’t something you value. I’m usually never this guy. But this isn’t cool.

Purchased guitar from them over the phone from Dallas. Experience was great. They set it up and had it to me in two business days. Great deal on a great guitar.

They were very careful and practiced social distancing. Nice place.
E.M. Shorts, aka Wichita Band Instrument, is a great place to buy a reasonable guitar for learning. Very knowledgeable people, and reasonably priced. Not sure if they give lessons, but you can shop around for that.
Yes we do!
They do a free setup on any guitar you buy there. Not positive but I think it was $60 including fresh strings otherwise. I could be wrong. They have a really good luthier on staff.
Hello we have uke's from Fender and Gretsch starting at $60 new. Sorry for the delay in responding!
Hello, we've got a vintage Washburn D-29S, made in Japan about 25 years ago, in great condition. Sounds great. Price is $495.
They try to take care of out-of-town customers and work them in as long as they aren't backed up on jobs. It's best to call them as soon as they open and check with them about their ability to work you in.
