Used this local company for years with no problems. Over the last 6 months they changed their recycle policy to where you could only use a small container to fill up. Im not so sure they even recycled the material. Today they didnt pick our trash up because we paid our bill over the weekend and because we are an early route they couldnt update their route in time to take our trash. Neighbors trash was picked up but they decided to drive right by ours. Save yourself from dealing with imcompetent people and just go with the big companies. What a joke

The people I talked to were always kind, and the trash service was just to be expected-on time and reliable. It was just the price point that made me cancel $80 something a quarter vs $45 for competitors. Wouldn’t say there was anything overly special to justify the difference. Thanks for the service though!
