First time meeting Dr. Michel Jean Baptiste , I felt instantly welcomed and cared for right away. He listened to everything I had to say , and responded with knowledge and it felt like the words were just flowing out of his heart. Very personable and even asked about what I am interested in, what I do for hobbies and even talked some sports. I have been looking for someone like this for a long time, and I am glad the wait was worth it. He knew exactly what to prescribe me and even went above and beyond to help me out through a medication complication. This man is a treasure and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I really like Dr. Baptiste, but I've been tempted on many occasions to find a new place just because of his front office staff. One is consistently miserable to speak to, flat affect, and just lacks the most basic customer service skills. I have had repeat issues in the past of the answering service not giving messages as well. The waiting area is also pretty dirty and gives me anxiety just sitting there. Nothing a cleaning crew/design/and new front desk help wouldn't solve.

I was impressed with the doctor's knowledge and the amount of information that he provided for me regarding my medications. However, I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication. The front office staff is impossible to get a hold of and messages do not get passed on from the answering service. He is a great at what he does, but I am switching to a new provider because I need to be able to be contact with my doctor.
