Visiting Angels is an awesome agency! I have been working for Visiting Angels for 3 years now and the staff management is phenomenal. Anytime I need a detailed report on a client, they’re always there to help me with any questions that I need. Three years ago we had a medical event in the family that required us having in home help. This started with several months of 24x7 services and then continued with a more routine schedule of 3-4 hrs a day for 3 days a week. I have nothing but good things to say regarding the aides and services provide by Visiting Angels of Woodbridge. The team there worked with us to find the right fit for both my mother and father. They were flexible enough when the need for their services changed. The aides made sure my my parents were well taken care of. Living 3 hours away I always had a high confidence level they were ensuring my parents needs were meet and would advise if they though something wasn't right. After 3 years, our services here will end as we move my parents up to Massachusetts and can only hope the local agency there can provide the same level of service. Thank you to everyone we have worked with over these past 3 years. We will miss you!
