I am not a new patient here, but every time I try to make an appointment, the soonest available is almost three weeks out! How on earth are you supposed to wait three weeks when you have an issue that is either painful or worsening? How can you run a physician's office this way and provide timely care for patients? In addition, when you call, you only get an answering service, not the actual office. It's so frustrating. SSM is completely out of touch with real patient care and concern.

My biggest complaint is Todd horstman races through the appointment. You do not hear me as a patient, that's why I left today. Why are you in such a rush??? I will not be back. I advise if you need actual patient care seek elsewhere.

Yes. When U have Medicare and Medicaid both can be applied at once.. And if U have a Healthcare Provider, such as United Healthcare, there R even more Benifits !
