**I am currently a Virginia resident who traveled all the way to Kansas to retrieve a Maverick truck, ordered 15 months ago and I WOULD DO IT AGIAN with Long McArthur, Ford. ** I can not speak about all Ford dealerships as this is the first time owning a Ford but this is the BEST dealership I have had the pleasure to experience. My first sales agent has since moved on and I was reassigned to William Rogge (Bill). Bill was very easy to work with and worked with me as a customer by keeping me informed of my truck order status and answering my many questions. Long McArthur, Ford (LMF), knows the process. When I first ordered my maverick I had an email within hours from Ford confirming the order. Watching, Tim Bartz (Ford Video Guy), of LMF was instrumental in understanding and ensured great communication and transparency about the ordering process. Tim’s videos over the last year set high expectations of meeting this team and both Bill and Tim help set a friendly atmosphere. It is hard to explain but it was more like they walked with me through this process and I never felt rushed or attacked or an inconvenience. Whether you choose to order from them or not? They always go the extra mile to help out. If you find yourself frustrated with the ordering process or with your dealers, I do highly RECOMMEND Long MacArthur, Ford.

Sorry, we have been getting in and selling so many cars, we are having some difficulty getting vehicles through service, detail and pictures in a timely manner. I will make sure we get this one moved ahead and get the pictures online. If you call the dealership we can get your email address and have them sent to you, it can take about 8 hours to get processed by our inventory vendor and pushed to the website. Thanks.
All the answers are correct. It should have the keyless start, which means one of the keys needs to be in the vehicle. Then press the brake like any other vehicle and press the push button start to the right of the column.
Thanks for asking but we are not open on Sundays, we are open until 8pm Monday-Friday and 5 pm on Saturdays.

They will likely welcome a walk-in for a trade-in. If you just want to sell them your car, well I'm not sure. I suppose it depends on the car, but typically they are far more interested in selling you theirs not the other way around. Could try it though, some dealers specialize greatly in the used market. Del motors for example... "we'll buy yours even if you don't buy ours"
