terrible in their services they had my husband there for a week waiting for the part they needed for his truck when they changed the part he could only walk 10 miles and had to return because they did not do their job well they charged a lot of money and then they had him there for 2 weeks more every time my husband approached to ask they treated him very badly

I made arrangements to get my motorhome into Kansas Truck Center for an AC inspection and to diagnose my cruise control issue. When I took the unit in a week or so later on the scheduled date, they ask me if I was waiting on it or wanted them to call me . I told them I lived over an hour away and would be in Salina most of the day. Not hearing from them the rest of the day I went home. 3 days later (Friday) around 6:30 PM they called and had just got it in to work on it. They said it needed AC parts and a new brake sensor but could not get in touch with Monaco to get the parts until Monday. By Wednesday the next week they still did not have parts ordered so I called Monaco and got the part numbers and cost and emailed it to Kansas Truck Center. Late that evening I received an estimate using my part numbers and costs , but all the costs were 50-70% more that the Monaco costs. Knowing I had planes to camp coming up I agreed to the estimate. By the following week they called and told me the AC was repaired and they had to replace additional parts but could not find the problem with the Cruise control. They had also broken my dash. They said they could continue to research the Cruise issue but could take 10-12 more hours. I authorized 3 more hours of labor and forwarded info I found on several RV websites and forums about Cruise control issues being related to the switch eventually coming dislodged from the wiring harness as a possible diagnosis for the issues. After several more days I called and they still did not have it fixed. I drove down to pick it up and they did remove a few hours of labor because they had not fixed the problem. I specifically asked the service technician if he checked the wiring for the switches? He said he had not. A few weeks after I had brought it home and checked with other mechanics, I pulled the cover off under the switches and both Cruse control switches were disconnected. Evidently listening to the vehicle owner is not something Kansas Truck Center does. I was and am very disappointed in the service I received and do not plan to return.
