Positive: The hotel is close to the highway which makes the location convenient. The gym and a pool are a plus. Unfortunately we weren¿t able to use the pool because of a huge group of teenagers that exceeded capacity throughout our stay. Staff was very helpful Negative: Short staffed! Rooms- especially bathroom needs updating. Mini fridge was not cooling properly. No continental breakfast, no room service. Bar & restaurant menu very high calorie. No real handicap accessibility in certain areas

I hosted a weekend event at this hotel. We occupied several conference rooms as well as a block of hotel rooms. We had 4 meals and all were perfectly prepared! The staff is extremely friendly and incredibly helpful. Many of them do double duties and do it with a smile! I can't wait to go back for my next event in September!

Positive: Room was quite spacious and clean. We only interacted with a small number of staff, but they were all very friendly and helpful. Great location for easy access to the Highway. Negative: No curtains to close to keep light out or for additional privacy.

Toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed shows it was either not vacuumed or hastily vacuumed. Trash can was not emptied and was full of band aids. Bathroom vent was non functioning. The carpet between the bathroom and main room was so worn the carpet tacks stabbed my feet. The nightstand power outlet was intermittent all night turning on and off causing the alarm clock to not function at all and my phone to intermittently charge on and off all night. Television was old and the remote had grime all over it between the buttons, the TV stations kept freezing and cutting in and out. They probably don't pay their staff enough to actually care about thoroughly cleaning, and they probably pocket all the profits rather than update or fix the rooms.
