If I could give this place zero star, then I would probably would. The people working at the front desk are so rude. They acted like they don’t want to be there. Not a single smile or greeted you when you’re there. The music they’re playing is not even appropriate for kids. Looking to switch provider for my baby.

I've been taking my daughters to Pediatric Care Group for nearly 15 years. I have just one word to describe this practice -- outstanding! The staff are extremely helpful and courteous; the practice manager, Gary, is excellent and the doctors, nurses and other healthcare practitioners are exceptional. They have seen my family through so many of life's curve balls -- including COVID, which they navigated seamlessly - pivoting as-needed to always provide excellent care. They were also at the forefront of establishing a well run COVID vaccination process, when many practices were mired in long waits and lacking appointments. I'm grateful that I landed with a practice that ensure my kids are treated whenever the need has arisen - evening and weekend hours in addition to daily morning walk in hours have meant that I've never had to wait days - or longer for an appointment. There's a reason this practice has consistently had doctors on the Top Docs list!!

A professional, caring, and compassionate practice! We have been with this practice for over 12 years . We never encountered issues with making an appointment, especially the sick appointments. Throughout the years, every concern we had was addressed with professionalism. Excellent care!

I love PCG. They have been my kids provider for almost 10 years and counting. They have never let me and my family down. Susie, Mundell, and Carrier are amazing! We love and respect them so much! The front desk , staff, nurses and etc are also a breath of fresh air. It’s always great so see a familiar and kind face! S/o to Gary, Deb and Mel! We love you guys too! Keep up the great work.
