Waited in drive- thru literally forever. Our castles were soggy, received a cheese cup because they forgot to charge us for it, and lastly my soda was a cherry coke that I did not order!!! The only thing that would maybe excuse this is that they just experienced a mass walkout. Will not return to this location!!!!

Came to this white castles due to another White Castle not wanting to serve us or work, and i was greeted with attitude in drive thru, then no receipt , and messed up my case, some didn’t have top buns or cheese, some old and cold, and then the other they just threw cheddar on, not worth my time to go back being that I’m already late for my job. Oh not to mention a piece of plastic found while chewing on a burger! I would never treat any customers of mine this way. Absolute trash establishment!!!!

I love their 10 cheesy sack with ghost pepper cheese and their chocolate shake is really good

I went through the drive through today I got two fish sandwiches no cheese no fries no drink and got charge 11.60 when I got home I looked at my ticket and tried to call the manger went to voice mail
