Went through the drive thru and got a Frisco melt and they decided to not tell us when we ordered it, the toaster was broke. They gave us a Frisco, like a sandwich, bread u would get from a loaf. U would think they would have enough common sense to use the flat grill. Manager is not manager material, how surprising. Don't waste ur money or time. Frisco melt was horrible.

The Eldon Hardee's recently began participating on Doordash. I have placed multiple orders through them - and over half of them have been wrong or inedible. My experience today was the worst. I ordered an original Angus burger sandwich - and there was no burger on it! Only the toppings. When I am paying premium prices for delivery of my supper, I would expect that I would actually receive something edible to eat. I love the Angus burgers but you need to do something about the awful service through Doordash; the delivery drivers are great and I love the convenience but your store needs to step up and provide decent food for this service. It seems to me that your employees are deliberately messing up the Doordash orders as I have never had an issue with my orders at the drive through.
