I have had BCS for 2 different people I set them set up internet for my dear friend, Eric was wonderful ! I just recently called him again and got to speak to JoAnne his mother who was so helpful we set up an appointment when I could be in town to set up internet for my Dad and again Eric was wonderful. I'm sorry I missed your message while we were out for the holiday weekend. I would be glad to look into your issue, however I'm unsure what you mean. Can you provide more details about what happened, please? If the CMOS is invalid, sometimes simply 'clearing' the CMOS will resolve that. Another option might be to flash the BIOS on the motherboard, but that can be risky. I look forward to helping you out.
