Don't bother paying for reserved parking. Consider those spots like all the other spots, because the employees of this Pilot won't move you. The way this place is I wouldn't doubt if you found someone occupying your reserved shower. Customer service at this place is some of the worst I have come across at a Pilot/ Flying J.

Cards don't work at pump for month+ now. Arby's side always has food all over the floor and disorganized service. Used to b a much better place but it's really gone downhill.
